Must have the ability to pay attention to details and understand the daily production process. Works well in a team atmosphere or alone. Major Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations • Assist in daily production needs and projects within the Mill • Maintain schedule and meet company quality standards • Multi-tasking doing various operations Specific Job Requirements: • Able to read blueprints • Attention to detail • Ability to read and understand a ruler and measurement • Basic math and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Ability to use various woodworking tools and machines • Able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining safety, quality and schedule • Willingness to work overtime when needed. Good attendance and promptness is a must Qualifications Education and Experience: • High School graduate or equivalent required General Job Requirements: • Pass a background check, drug test and physical • Ability to work overtime as requested • Promote a safe and clean work environment • Willingness to work on a team or individually • Able to follow manufacturing instruction and understand processes • Must practice PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) policies as mandated per area. (Use safety glasses/goggles, hearing protection, etc.) • Must follow company safety guidelines • Must be fluent in the English language
