Join an innovative company | Excellent employee benefits | Uncapped career growth opportunities About the role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Network Operator to join a highly capable team supporting critical Defence communications. You will operate the existing Defence High Frequency Communication System (DHFCS), providing essential communications support to ADF and Allied platforms, while also supporting the implementation and operation of the Enhanced Defence High Frequency Communication System (EDHFCS). Working within a 24/7 operational environment, you will monitor, engineer and operate voice and data circuits across the High Frequency spectrum, as well as operate cryptographic keying equipment. The position operates on a 12-hour rotational shift roster , offering the opportunity to play an important role in maintaining reliable and secure communications capability. About you You are a proactive and dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. You will bring a strong attention to detail, sound technical aptitude and the ability to remain focused while supporting critical operations around the clock. Previous experience within the Defence industry or working with communications systems will be highly regarded. Due to program requirements, you must hold, at a minimum, a current NV1 Defence Security Clearance .
