Operation Manager -Coffee Shop / Kuwait

Career Land Center (CLC Staffing) is hiring an experienced Operations Manager for a large hospitality group in Kuwait. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in coffee brands and/or F&B companies. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, lead teams, maintain service standards, and support the continued growth and efficiency of the business. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day operations across coffee and F&B outlets. • Lead, supervise, and motivate operational teams. • Ensure excellent customer service and consistent quality standards. • Monitor operational performance, productivity, and costs. • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational procedures. • Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions. • Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives. • Support staff training, performance management, and development. • Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational resources. • Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management. • Help improve processes, efficiency, and overall business performance. Requirements • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar senior operational role. • Strong experience within a coffee brand, café group, or F&B company. • Previous hospitality management experience. • Strong leadership and team-management skills. • Good understanding of F&B operations, customer service, and business performance. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple locations or teams is an advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Professional approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
