FP&A Manager

About your new role A sole-charge FP&A seat reporting directly to the CFO of an ASX-listed, global technology business. You'll own month-end business partnering, forecasting and Board/ELT reporting with genuine autonomy - a great next step for someone ready to make FP&A their own as the business scales internationally. What's on offer • $175,000 incl. Super, plus 10% STI and 5% LTI • Hybrid working, Melbourne CBD • Direct reporting line to the CFO • Genuine autonomy - the sole FP&A voice in the business • Real growth trajectory as the business scales globally • Well-automated systems - less manual grind Key responsibilities • Own budgeting, forecasting and Board/ELT reporting • Lead month-end reporting with a strong P&L focus • Partner with the business on financial performance • Prepare external and investor reporting materials • Support commercial deals, tenders and growth initiatives • Champion AI-led process improvement to boost finance efficiency • Manage labour reallocation and cost reviews at month end Skills & experience • Qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with an accounting or FP&A background • Comfortable being hands-on with month-end in a small, lean team • Open to first movers into FP&A with strong commercial acumen — e.g. audit → transaction services, or Big4 → industry • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint • An AI-curious mindset - keen to help embed AI and automation into the finance function to lift efficiency For a confidential discussion, contact Liam Killen at Atlas Partners - liam.killen@atlaspartners.com.au.
