Casual Bookkeeper - Bundall & TW

We’re on the lookout for a detail-loving, number-savvy Casual Bookkeeper to join our friendly team at our Snooze Tweed Heads and Bundall stores. Perks of the role: • Employee discounts About the role: Reporting to the Franchise Partner and Store Manager, this role is perfect for someone who’s methodical, proactive, and enjoys working in a close- environment. You will support our finance operations and helping us hit the pillow with peace of mind. Key responsibilities: • Processing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable • Bank reconciliations and general ledger entries • BAS preparation and support • Payroll support and superannuation lodgement • Assisting with month-end processes • Maintaining accurate financial records with a keen eye for detail • Collaborating with internal departments and external partners (clear communication is key) About you: • Registered BAS agent status • Proven bookkeeping experience (bonus points if it’s in retail or franchising) • Cert IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting (or similar qualification)ac • Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel • Strong organisational and time management skills Why Snooze?
