Sonata Software - IT Infrastructure Manager

In this role, you will manage local IT operations, collaborate with global teams, and ensure reliable technology services across multiple sites. What You Will Do : - Collaborate with global IT teams and external support partners to resolve incidents and service requests. - Manage IT procurement activities and coordinate with vendors for hardware and service requirements. - Oversee IT asset management including inventory control, stock levels, ordering, invoicing, and documentation. - Support onboarding and offboarding activities, device preparation, replacements, disposals, and mobile device support. - Install, upgrade, and support business, production, and logistics software while maintaining process compliance. - Provide in-person and remote support for hardware and software issues while aligning IT services with organizational goals. What You Bring : - University degree in IT Support, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - 13+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or progressive IT operations roles. - Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, endpoint devices, and IT service management concepts. - Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall administration. - Experience working in a multinational organization with centralized governance and strong customer service focus. - Good communication skills in English with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations and stakeholders.
