Consultant - Disputes & Forensics - Consulting

Role Overview: A leading independent global consulting firm is looking for an experienced disputes and forensics professional to lead engagements involving commercial disputes, litigation and arbitration support, forensic investigations, fraud reviews and damages. Key Responsibilities: - Support litigation and arbitration matters through financial, contractual and operational analysis. - Quantify damages, lost profits, business interruption and other commercial losses. - Build financial models, counterfactual scenarios and sensitivity analyses. - Review claims, expert reports and supporting evidence to identify inconsistencies. - Lead investigations involving fraud, misconduct, fund diversion, procurement irregularities and accounting manipulation. - Conduct fund-flow analysis, transaction reconstruction and control assessments. - Prepare expert reports, investigation findings and senior-management presentations. - Manage client and legal-counsel relationships, project teams, budgets and timelines. - Support proposals, pitches and practice-development initiatives. Candidate Profile: - CA, MBA Finance, CFA, CPA, ACCA or an equivalent qualification. - 7 - 12 years of relevant experience in disputes, forensic accounting, investigations, litigation support, arbitration or damages assessment. - Experience with a Big Four, specialist disputes firm, forensic advisory practice or economic consulting organisation is strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting records, valuation and commercial-loss assessment. - Strong financial-modelling, analytical, report-writing and stakeholder-management capabilities.
