The Procurement Officer supports the development of procurement strategies by monitoring inventory movement and reconciling supplies with established procedures.

He/She also supports the overall contractor selection process by analysing proposals and draft contracts based on established supplier selection processes and criteria. He/She should possess strong organisational, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Job Requirements

Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience, or a Degree in a relevant discipline. Engineering-related education or experience is preferred, as the role requires the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong analytical, organisational, and negotiation skills.
