About the job The client is a HNW life insurance brokerage firm. The role will focus on developing strategic referral partnerships across the private wealth ecosystem and generating new business opportunities through professional intermediaries. *This is not a sales role* Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage referral partnerships with private banks, family offices, trust companies, law firms, accounting firms and other professional intermediaries. • Generate HNW/UHNW business opportunities through strategic partnerships and referral channels. • Identify client wealth planning needs and facilitate appropriate solutions through professional partners. • Build and maintain strong relationships across the private wealth ecosystem. • Represent the business at industry events, networking forums and client seminars. • Support the growth and development of a newly established business platform. Requirements • Minimally 6 years of relevant experience within business development, private banking, wealth management, trust/fiduciary services, insurance, family office or professional services. • Good understanding of trust structures, estate planning, succession planning and wealth preservation. • Strong communication, networking and stakeholder management skills. • Entrepreneurial, self-driven and comfortable working within a growing business.
