Senior Business Systems Analyst – Wealth Technology We’re hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Product team within Wealth Technology. You’ll bridge business and IT, driving solutions that support strategic growth across wealth management platforms. Full development cycle (requirements gathering, testing and implementation). Hybrid 4 days downtown. What You’ll Do • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories (JIRA) • Partner with stakeholders to define solutions and improve processes • Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams • Lead and support UAT, test planning, and quality assurance • Facilitate meetings, manage expectations, and ensure project alignment • Mentor junior BSAs and contribute to best practices What You Bring • 8+ years in BSA roles within wealth management / financial services • Strong experience with Agile, JIRA, and end-to-end delivery • Deep understanding of financial products and business processes • Proven experience in UAT, QA, and stakeholder management • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Tech Screening Questions • Describe your experience writing user stories in JIRA—how do you ensure clarity and testability? • Walk us through your approach to gathering and validating complex business requirements. • How have you handled UAT planning and defect resolution in past projects? • Can you give an example of a process improvement you led in a wealth or financial system? • How do you manage conflicting priorities between business stakeholders and technical teams?
