This role is focused on delivering reliable, scalable, and high-quality communication systems while supporting rapid global office expansion. You’ll operate at the intersection of enterprise communications, workplace technology, networking, and AV infrastructure—building the systems that keep employees and executives connected across offices worldwide. From new office launches to critical executive environments, you’ll help define the standards, infrastructure, and operational excellence that power communication at scale. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong technical depth, executional excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. What You’ll Do Lead Enterprise Communication Infrastructure Own the deployment, reliability, and evolution of enterprise voice, conferencing, and workplace communication systems Lead high-impact infrastructure initiatives supporting employees, executives, and global offices Ensure seamless communication experiences across conference rooms, executive spaces, and workplace environments Drive Global Office Expansion Partner with PM, Workplace, Real Estate, Construction, Networking, and Facilities teams to support aggressive global office buildouts Lead communication and workplace technology deployments for new offices, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades Develop scalable standards for conference rooms, executive environments, and workplace communication systems Manage multiple concurrent deployments while maintaining operational excellence
