You'll design, build, and implement AI agents that power two critical areas of our business: generating qualified life insurance leads for our agents, and attracting and recruiting new agents to join our team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who wants to build systems from the ground up and see measurable results. Key Responsibilities • Design and deploy AI agents that capture, qualify, nurture, and book appointments with life insurance prospects across SMS, email, web chat, and social media • Build AI-powered recruiting funnels that attract, screen, and engage prospective agents and route qualified candidates to our leadership team • Integrate AI tools with our CRM, scheduling, and marketing platforms so leads and recruits flow automatically to the right people • Use AI to create and optimize ad campaigns, landing pages, and content that lower our cost per lead and cost per hire • Ensure all automated outreach complies with insurance marketing regulations, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy standards • Track and report on performance metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, appointment rates, and recruiting pipeline growth • Train agents and staff to use the tools effectively and continuously refine systems based on results Ideal Candidate • Proven track record building and deploying AI agents, chatbots, or marketing automation that delivered measurable results • Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and funnel strategy • Hands-on experience with AI platforms and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), and CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Working knowledge of paid advertising on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn • Able to turn business goals into working systems with minimal oversight • Clear communicator who can explain technical ideas to non-technical agents • Experience in life insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry is a strong plus Benefits Who You'll Work With You'll partner directly with firm leadership, our agent team, and the consultants at Integrated Wealth Resources to understand what drives our growth and build the tools to accelerate it.
