Role Overview: As a Zonal Manager based in Pune, you will serve as the primary leader for retail operations across your designated territory. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end P&L of the zone, ensuring that store performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency align with Lenskart's aggressive growth targets. This role involves close collaboration with regional leadership, store managers, and cross-functional teams to execute business strategies, optimize supply chain workflows, and foster a culture of high performance. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the complete P&L for the zone, implementing strategies to maximize revenue growth and control operational costs across all retail outlets. - Lead and mentor a large team of store managers and frontline staff, fostering a high-performance culture through regular training, performance reviews, and talent development. - Execute business strategies to expand market share in the Pune region, ensuring that store-level activities are aligned with national brand objectives. - Drive process management initiatives to streamline store operations, inventory management, and customer service protocols to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience. - Analyze regional sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights to leadership, enabling data-backed decision-making for future store rollouts and product placement. - Maintain rigorous quality control and brand compliance across all stores, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects Lenskart's commitment to excellence.
