Responsibilities

include but are not limited to: Lead projects with notable risk and complexity; develop the overarching strategy for project execution and resource allocation. Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements to recommend long-term system alternatives and architectural enhancements.

Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; anticipate objections and persuade senior executives to adopt new strategic points of view. Utilize conceptual and innovative thinking to solve unique problems that impact customer and operational objectives across the division.

Proactively monitor and anticipate internal/external business challenges, including vendor issues and regulatory changes, to institute preventive process improvements. Formulate and define system scope and objectives through high-level research and a deep understanding of industry-standard requirements.

Lead and facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize complex business requirements for HR systems and processes, with a particular focus on Oracle ERP HR modules (e. g. , Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management).

Minimum Qualifications

BS/BA in Information Technology, Business, or a related field 10+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role. Pro
