Head - Finance Location: Mumbai Experience: 15 - 22 years Compensation: 50 LPA+ with best-in-industry Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory; CFA / MBA-Finance is a plus Industry: Services, asset-light, or manpower-intensive businesses preferred About the Role: We are hiring a Head - Finance for a fast-scaling, 750 Cr+ services organisation. The role will report directly to the Managing Director and the Board and will lead the organisation's overall finance function and strategic finance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead M&A end to end, including target screening, deal structuring, and integration. - Drive IPO-readiness in coordination with merchant bankers, regulators, and investors. - Shape the funding strategy across banking relationships, debt, and equity. - Own capital structure and business finance decisions. - Build and lead the finance team across controllership, tax, audit, treasury, and FP&A. Candidate Requirements: - 15 - 22 years of finance leadership experience, including senior finance leadership roles. - Experience running finance for a business with 750 Cr+ topline. - Strong end-to-end M&A experience. - Experience in an IPO or an advanced IPO-readiness programme. - Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory; CFA / MBA-Finance is a plus. - High integrity and comfortable operating at Board level. - Experience in services, asset-light, or manpower-intensive businesses preferred.
