Operations manager

ob Description Manage and coordinate the company's daily operations and construction activities. Plan and allocate manpower according to project requirements. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, clients and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, work schedules and manpower deployment.

Oversee workers' attendance, work arrangements and site requirements. Ensure construction activities comply with workplace safety requirements and company procedures. Handle operational issues and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them. Prepare operational reports and maintain proper project documentation.

Support management in improving operational efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

Relevant experience in operations management, preferably in the construction industry. Knowledge of construction site operations and manpower management. Good communication, coordination and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and handle operational issues. Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering or a related field are preferred.
