Course5 Intelligence - Forward Deployed Engineer - Palantir Foundry

Were looking for a growth-oriented FDE with strong hands-on Palantir Foundry expertise and experience across Commercial, Marketing, CRM & Digital Growth. Location : Bengaluru/Gurugram/Mumbai/Coimbatore Preferred : Immediate Joiners Responsibilities : - Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Growth, and Sales leaders to identify customer and revenue growth opportunities. - Translate ambiguous business problems into data-driven products, applications, and workflows using Palantir Foundry. - Build and productionize Foundry Ontology, Workshop applications, data pipelines, transforms, and operational workflows. - Integrate and activate data across CRM, customer, sales, marketing, social, media, digital, campaign, and transactional platforms. - Develop rapid prototypes and experiments, gather business-user feedback, and iterate quickly. - Use analytics and AI to identify customer opportunities, growth levers, and actionable recommendations for business teams. - Define and test growth hypotheses and measure outcomes across acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue. - Work directly with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Drive solutions through the full lifecycle from concept and prototype to production, adoption, and measurable business impact. - Continuously identify new opportunities where data, AI, and technology can improve commercial and marketing performance. Required Skills : Technical : - Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry. - Proven experience with Foundry Ontology, Workshop, data pipelines/transforms, and operational workflows. - Strong Python and SQL skills. - PySpark experience preferred. - Experience integrating data from CRM, marketing, sales, digital, social/media, and enterprise platforms. - Experience building business-facing data products and applications. - Exposure to Palantir AIP and AI/LLM-enabled workflows is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of data modeling, analytics, and production data solutions. - Strong understanding of digital growth, CRM, customer journeys, marketing analytics, and commercial analytics. - Familiarity with metrics including CAC, conversion, engagement, retention, LTV, ROAS, campaign effectiveness, price elasticity, promotion effectiveness, product mix, net revenue, gross margin, and trade spend. - Strong experimentation and hypothesis-driven problem-solving mindset. - Ability to identify opportunities from data and translate insights into business actions and measurable outcomes. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with senior Commercial and Marketing leaders. - Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, client-facing environments.
