Operations Manager

About the Role As our Operations Manager , you will be the backbone of our execution capabilities. We are seeking a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys translating high-level business goals into practical, scalable systems. You will work directly with leadership to drive key initiatives, build scalable processes, and empower our teams to perform at their best.

What You'll Do

Direct daily operational activities, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and output across all teams. Design and deploy scalable operational frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Track operational KPIs and performance metrics to deliver actionable data insights to senior management.

Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and cost-control initiatives. Mentor team members, build capability, and create career progression pathways within the department. Manage vendor relationships, procurement workflows, and key client operational touchpoints.

What We're Looking For Proven experience managing operations in a fast-paced or growth environment. Strong analytical capability—able to leverage data to inform operational decisions and improvements. High adaptability and comfort with navigating ambiguity and managing change.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to align cross-functional teams around shared goals. Prior experience with digital transformation or process automation tools is a strong plus.
