Consultant/Senior Consultant - Supply Chain

What You'll Be Responsible For: • Lead supply chain strategy and transformation projects across a range of industries • Analyse and map current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities • Design future-state operating models and practical improvement initiatives • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business requirements and operational challenges • Gather, analyse and interpret data to support strategic decision-making • Develop recommendations, business cases and implementation roadmaps • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive teams • Support change initiatives by aligning stakeholders and building engagement across the organisation • Manage project delivery to ensure scope, timelines and quality objectives are achieved • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tangible operational outcomes What You Bring: • Experience delivering supply chain, operations or business transformation projects • Strong process mapping and business analysis capability • Proven ability to engage, influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex operational challenges into practical solutions • Strong communication and presentation skills • Experience developing business cases, strategic recommendations and implementation plans • Project management or consulting experience highly regarded • Applicants must be Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) with the ability to work in Singapore without sponsorship What Success Looks Like: • Delivery of high-quality supply chain and transformation projects • Clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes • Strong stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout project delivery • Well-defined processes and operating models that improve performance • Projects delivered on time and to a high standard • Strong client relationships and repeat business opportunities • Positive contribution to team capability, collaboration and knowledge sharing Why TMX?
