Principal - Senior SAP S/4HANA Transformation Lead (Retail & Supply Chain)

Location: Singapore Experience: 20+ years Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished Senior SAP S/4HANA Transformation Lead with extensive experience in delivering large-scale global retail and supply chain transformations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across S/4HANA implementations (Bluefield™ and Greenfield), omnichannel integration, and advanced logistics ecosystems including 3PL/4PL models. This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving end-to-end SAP programs across multiple geographies, ensuring operational excellence, digital transformation, and business process optimization. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Delivery Leadership • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations, including Bluefield™ and Greenfield implementations • Drive large, complex programs across multi-country retail environments • Manage stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, business, and IT teams • Ensure delivery alignment with SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Scrum practices Retail & Omnichannel Transformation • Design and implement SAP Retail solutions, including integration with: • POS systems • SAP CAR • E-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopee) • Enable seamless omnichannel customer experiences Supply Chain & Logistics Optimization • Lead transformation of high-volume supply chain operations • Design and integrate 3PL/4PL logistics models • Implement EDI/IDOC and API-based integrations across supply chain partners Data & System Modernization • Drive selective data transition (Bluefield) and data migration strategies • Oversee use of Data Migration Cockpit and SAP RISE for cloud transformation • Ensure data integrity and continuity across global systems Global Rollouts & Localization • Manage SAP rollouts across APAC, Europe, and Middle East • Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements • Lead store rollouts and POS-to-back-office integrations Vendor & Ecosystem Management • Manage relationships with global consulting partners, SaaS providers, and logistics vendors • Drive integration with platforms such as COUPA and EDI cloud solutions Required Skills & Expertise • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ECC 6.0 • Strong functional knowledge: • Materials Management (MM) - Expert • Sales & Distribution (SD) • SAP Retail • Experience in: • Bluefield™ and Greenfield implementations • EDI/IDOC integrations • Supply chain and procurement systems • Familiarity with: • SAP RISE, SAP CAR, Data Migration Cockpit • Cloud platforms and API integrations Certifications (Preferred) • SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement • Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) • ITIL v4 Foundation • Azure AI Fundamentals Leadership & Soft Skills • Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional global teams • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Ability to recover critical projects and drive successful delivery outcomes • Strategic thinker with a focus on business value and innovation We offer great opportunities within a dynamically growing consultancy.
