Sales & Recruitment Consultant

Sales & Recruitment Consultant Haven Hands Pte. Ltd. Haven Hands Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore employment agency specialising in the placement of Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs). As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and independent Sales & Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

This is primarily a Work-From-Home (WFH) position suitable for someone who is confident in sales, enjoys communicating with customers, and is able to manage enquiries independently from initial contact through successful placement.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to incoming employer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and online platforms. Understand employers' household requirements and recommend suitable MDW candidates. Conduct follow-ups with potential employers and convert enquiries into confirmed placements.

Coordinate interviews between employers and MDW candidates. Explain agency packages, placement procedures, estimated timelines and relevant requirements clearly to employers. Maintain regular follow-up with existing leads and prospective customers. Build and maintain good relationships with employers.

Liaise with the internal team and overseas recruitment partners on candidate availability and matching. Assist with collection and verification of basic employer and helper information required for case processing. Update customer enquiries, sales progress and placement status accurately.

Provide after-sales support and assist with basic employer/helper enquiries where required. Work towards individual and company sales targets. Support Haven Hands in business development and customer acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

Previous experience in an employment agency, MDW agency, recruitment, sales or customer service environment is preferred. Candidates with experience handling MDW placements will have an advantage.
