If you would like to help us build the place to find and buy - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related analytical field - 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience, with focus on strategic/commercial finance - Business Level English and Japanese - Proficiency in Excel and fluency with AI tools and workflows, demonstrated in financial modeling and automation - Experience working with Cognos, TM1, and Oracle Financials or similar tools - Experience driving continuous process improvements and automation that enhance controllership and scale - Experience working in cross functional teams and a matrixed environment - Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
