Remote, Contract-based Ohio Family Law & Civil Litigation Paralegal Opportunity

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for qualified, experienced, and dedicated Ohio Family Law & Civil Litigation Paralegals . Remote work hours will vary, but qualified candidates may have the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week .

Paralegal Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with direct experience in Family Law and/or Civil Litigation matters Strong experience managing active case files from inception through resolution Experience drafting pleadings, motions, correspondence, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents Ability to assist with all phases of discovery, including document review, organization, and production Strong understanding of Ohio court procedures, filing requirements, and litigation deadlines Experience scheduling hearings, mediations, depositions, and other case-related events Excellent client communication and case management skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines efficiently Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Self-starter who can proactively move cases forward and anticipate attorney needs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Trial preparation and litigation support experience preferred Location Requirements: Ohio-based candidates strongly preferred Remote candidates will be considered if they are located close enough to travel periodically for team meetings, trial preparation, and occasional in-person court appearances Ability to attend occasional in-person meetings and trials is strongly preferred Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour .
