Mobile Lead Developer - Flutter/Android Native

About the Role: We are looking for a mobile developer who can Lead mobile feature development and architect complex Flutter solutions. Implement advanced state management, custom animations, and platform integrations. You will play a key role in designing unique experiences for the end users. Required Skills & Experience: - 6 - 9 years of Flutter/mobile development experience - Strong understanding of Flutter architecture patterns - Experience working in designing Android Native solutions - Experience with advanced state management (BLoC, Riverpod) - Track record of shipping high-quality mobile features - Setup AI based coding patterns, engineering structures - Setup & evolve base platform architectures - Familiarity with design systems and component libraries - Track record of mentoring or leading small teams - Experience with CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, Codemagic) Key Responsibilities: - Lead mobile feature development from design through release - Manage Release process with continuous improvement in quality, time - Architect complex Flutter solutions with clean separation of concerns - Implement custom animations, transitions, and native platform integrations - Own app performance, crash rates, and release quality - Maintain high standards of code quality, unit testing, and documentation - Use product thinking mindset with to solve business and tech problems - Monitor systems, debug production issues, and ensure uptime of critical services - Work closely with product, frontend, & data teams to deliver seamless user experiences - Proven ownership of features from design to deployment - Mentor junior engineers and drive code quality standards Good to Have: - Experience in fintech / wealth management / mutual funds domain - Knowledge of native iOS (Swift) development - Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, Firebase) - Understanding of compliance, KYC, and regulatory requirements - Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, ELK) Why Join Us: - Work on high-impact systems managing real customer investments - Opportunity to solve complex fintech problems at scale - Ownership of critical flows directly impacting revenue and AUM - Collaborative environment with product, data, and advisory teams
