Why you will love this role; • $110K - $125K + 10% bonuses (depending on experience) • Fantastic culture and supportive teams • Hybrid working - 2 or 3 days in the office • Internal career opportunities - most of the roles are due to promotions • Highly experienced and technical management teams • Fantastic training and ongoing support • High performing teams with a solid track record • Opportunity gain experience in coaching and mentoring • Technologically advanced insures including use of AI and call transcribing What you’ll be doing; • Managing a income protection and/or TPD portfolio from lodgement through to finalisation • Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process to achieve return to work outcomes • Develop claims strategies including injury management, return to work, or settlements They will love your background in; • Life insurance claims assessment experience ideally across all products with DA (group or retail life insurance) • Strong understanding of LICOP standards and claims management process • Demonstrated ability to show empathy and go above and beyond for claimants Sounds interesting?
