Site Manager Fit-Out

We're currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a series of high-end commercial fit-out projects across Sydney CBD. This is an ongoing contract opportunity with a well-established commercial builder delivering premium office fit-outs and workplace refurbishments for blue-chip clients. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, quality and safety, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard. The Role • Manage high-end commercial office fit-out projects from site establishment through to handover. • Coordinate and supervise all trades and subcontractors. • Drive programme to ensure project milestones are achieved. • Maintain exceptional quality throughout the finishes stage. • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and daily pre-starts. • Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants, clients and building management. • Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with project requirements. About You • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects. • Strong understanding of high-end finishes and quality expectations. • Ability to manage multiple trades within live commercial environments. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Experience using Procore, HammerTech or similar construction management software is highly regarded. • Available to commence immediately.
