Principal Product Manager (Public Sector)

Salary: £28,000 - 51,000 per year Requirements: • Extensive vertical knowledge of Product Management, with strong knowledge of User Experience, Agile, and Programme Assurance disciplines. • In-depth experience in at least two major business verticals, including Public Sector. • Experience in at least two business application environments. • Strong C-level stakeholder communication and relationship-building experience, including coaching and mentoring clients. • Broad business and technology understanding, with awareness of industry trends. • Demonstrable experience delivering as part of an Agile team. • Experience in line management or coaching. • Ability to facilitate large stakeholder groups and drive focused outcomes. • Ability to plan and lead consulting engagements from initiation through completion. • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business and project dynamics. • Demonstrated adaptability to embrace and lead in new disciplines. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain, persuade, and justify decisions. • Ability to translate business requirements into cost-effective functional requirements. • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies. • Ability to work flexibly and meet tight deadlines in uncertain, fast-changing environments. • Strong team management skills, including managing a multi-disciplinary team. • Ability to manage, mentor, and coach team members and the wider community. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a variety of stakeholders. • Desirable: experience working in a digital start-up. • Desirable: experience working as a product manager delivering high-quality digital products. • Desirable: experience working in a full-service digital agency environment. • Desirable: experience leading digital transformation initiatives. • Desirable: project management experience across multiple methodologies and frameworks. • Desirable: Certified Scrum Product Owner. • Desirable: active participation in communities of interest.
