Play a key role in shaping our performance across our InfraBuild Reinforcing business. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the Reinforcing Solutions Engineer will leverage their AS 3600 reinforced and post-tensioned concrete design expertise to drive the adoption of InfraBuild’s products, processes, and services across the construction industry - focusing on sustainability, long-term profitability, and strategic stakeholder engagement informed by deep market insight. What you will be doing: • Leverage AS 3600 design expertise to identify and facilitate market entry of InfraBuild (and associated BU) products processes and service offerings • Partner with direct customers to embed InfraBuild products and services in all stages of the project life cycle • Actively seek opportunities to expand market penetration • Utilise market knowledge to support and steer product planning and solutions (fabrication and construction) to develop market ready and cost effective go to market activities • Prepare and deliver technical documents and presentations to educate, influence and support customers • Work with functional teams across the business including Trade and Innovation, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to achieve deliverables You will be rewarded with: • Access to learning platforms and development opportunities to support your career growth • Participation in a Quarterly Incentive Plan • Flexibility and autonomy to fulfil your role requirements • Team environment with strong safety culture Primary Benefits: We offer a range of benefits designed to support you at work and beyond: • Access to long service leave after 5 years: Employees who are not covered by an Enterprise Agreement can access accrued Long Service Leave (LSL) at the rate of 1.3 weeks per year of service after 5 years continuous service. • Paid parental leave that goes further - 20 weeks paid Primary Carer Leave and 3 weeks Partner Leave, plus superannuation contributions during unpaid leave (eligibility applies) • Health cover at discounted rates - Access corporate rates with nib Health Insurance to support you and your family • Everyday savings - Access a wide range of employee discounts across major brands including retail, travel and lifestyle • Invest in your development - Access to learning platforms and development opportunities to support your career growth What you will bring: • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil/Structural) • Minimum 5 years’ experience in reinforced and post-tension concrete design • Strong Business and Commercial acumen, relationship/stakeholder engagement and management • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage stakeholders and clearly document market solutions and strategic proposals for senior leadership • Showcase strategic thinking and a passion for innovation and outcomes, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop proposals that drive long-term business value • Technical delivery management and leadership • Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects across varying scopes and complexities, from commercially contracted BAU operations and on-demand change requests to large-scale, multi-phase development programs Why join us?
