Business Analyst

We’re hiring an experienced Business Analyst to support a major operational transformation program. This role will play a key part in understanding and documenting how the business currently operates as it undertakes a significant transformation and modernisation initiative. About the Role Working closely with operational stakeholders, leadership and transformation teams, you’ll help uncover, map and analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and support broader transformation delivery activities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working in environments where processes may not be fully documented or standardised. What You’ll Be Doing • Running workshops and engaging with business stakeholders • Mapping current-state business processes and workflows • Gathering and documenting business requirements • Analysing operational processes, outputs and dependencies • Supporting broader transformation and process improvement initiatives • Working closely with internal SMEs and project stakeholders We’re looking for • Previous experience as a Business Analyst within transformation or operational improvement environments • Strong process mapping and documentation capability • Ability to work through ambiguity and uncover undocumented processes • Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability • Experience within operational, logistics, service delivery or field-based businesses is highly regarded What you need to do If this sounds like a role of interest for you, please apply now via the ad.
