As the Marketing Director (m/w/d) at Exolaunch, you will serve as a core strategic leader driving our global marketing, brand presence, and multi-channel social media accounts, while exercising hands-on ownership of our public image, press relations, and executive communications.

We’re looking for a visionary marketing leader and creative storyteller with deep expertise in luxury branding, premium positioning, and high-impact copywriting.

The ideal candidate brings an exceptional grasp of brand strategy and global communications, capable of converting complex technical achievements into compelling narratives for industry leaders, partners, and international media.

As a senior strategist, you will lead brand governance, steer cross-functional marketing initiatives, and oversee data-driven performance analytics. You will be expected to quantify Return on Investment and Return on Effort across all campaigns to ensure Exolaunch remains top-of-mind in our industry.

You will lead a small but powerful and passionate internal communications team and manage external PR agencies and advisors as needed. Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership: You will define and execute our end-to-end global marketing strategy, ensurin
