Supply Chain Lead

As Supply Chain Lead, you will own, drive, and lead the end-to-end supply chain for Auterion products. This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational execution, people leadership, and strategic development of a resilient, scalable, and efficient supply chain. You will lead and develop the supply chain team while working closely with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and external partners. You will be the central point of ownership for supply chain performance, proactively identifying risks, solving issues, and driving improvements that support business growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties Own the end-to-end supply chain for Auterion products, including supply planning, production scheduling, logistics, inventory, and order fulfilment Lead, develop, and grow the supply chain team, setting clear priorities, accountability, and ways of working Drive day-to-day execution and supply availability, ensuring materials, production requirements, shipments, inventory, and customer orders are managed accurately and on time Act as the primary point of escalation for supply disruptions, shortages, production constraints, and other supply chain risks, driving hands-on resolution Partner with Procurement, suppliers, and logistics partners to improve delivery performance, lead times, reliability, capacity, quality, and resilience Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes, systems, data, and ways of working, including ERP and NetSuite Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs, using data to identify issues, drive corrective action, and provide clear recommendations to leadership Develop scalable processes and operating models, including SOPs, planning processes, and best practices to support business growth Lead cross-functional initiatives including new product introductions, engineerin
