Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Graphic Designer & Digital Content Creator based in Canada. The Graphic Designer & Digital Content Creator will create compelling visual content across digital, social, advertising, and print channels. This role combines creative storytelling with strong technical production skills to deliver assets that capture attention and support business growth. You will produce short-form videos, social media content, animated ads, GIFs, and high-quality static designs. You will also prepare production-ready artwork for large-format applications, vehicle wraps, and traditional print collateral. The position requires a strong understanding of brand guidelines, color management, typography, and print specifications. You will work in a fast-paced, social-first environment where priorities can shift quickly and creative ideas need to be executed with precision. This is an opportunity for a versatile designer to contribute across multiple formats while growing within a fully remote creative team. Accountabilities • Create engaging, high-converting short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. • Develop vibrant social media assets, including static posts, carousels, motion graphics, and other digital content designed to drive engagement. • Design precision vector cut-contour dielines and production-ready artwork for large-format applications, including vehicle wraps. • Prepare high-quality files for traditional print collateral and coordinate artwork requirements for production and vendor handoffs. • Conceptualize and produce responsive animated HTML5 banner sets and GIFs for Google Display Network and programmatic advertising campaigns. • Adapt creative concepts across different formats, platforms, dimensions, and campaign requirements while maintaining visual consistency. • Follow client brand guidelines closely, ensuring accurate use of typography, color palettes, imagery, tone, and other brand elements. • Manage multiple creative requests and transition efficiently between digital, social, motion, and print projects. • Apply strong technical knowledge of RGB and CMYK color spaces, rich black formulas, bleeds, folding mechanics, and print-production specifications. • Review designs carefully for accuracy, technical compliance, and production readiness before delivery. • Collaborate remotely with marketing and creative stakeholders to understand requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver projects on schedule. • Maintain a high standard of creative quality while working independently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • 1–3 years of professional graphic design, digital content creation, or a related creative field. • A strong portfolio demonstrating real-world examples of short-form video loops, social media carousels, animated display advertisements, and multi-panel print collateral. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. • Strong day-to-day proficiency with Canva Pro and the ability to move efficiently between multiple creative platforms. • Experience creating social-first content, motion graphics, digital advertising assets, and print-ready artwork. • Strong understanding of print-production requirements, including CMYK versus RGB, rich black, bleed specifications, folding mechanics, vector artwork, and production files. • Excellent attention to detail and a highly precise approach to design execution. • Ability to interpret and consistently apply brand guidelines across a wide range of creative formats. • Adaptability and the ability to quickly shift between creative concepts, digital content, and technically detailed print projects. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive feedback and manage competing priorities. • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop visually engaging concepts that support marketing objectives. • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain consistent productivity in a remote environment. • A dedicated, quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection. • Strong personal organization and discipline suited to autonomous remote work. Benefits • Comprehensive HMO health coverage. • Group life insurance for additional financial protection. • Paid leave credits to support rest, recovery, and work-life balance. • Government-mandated employee benefits. • Performance-based incentives. • Overtime pay for eligible additional working hours. • Night differential for qualifying late-hour work. • 13th-month pay. • Fully remote work environment. • Opportunity to work across diverse digital, social, advertising, and print creative projects.
