Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager / Legal Assistant to support our growing personal injury practice. Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM EST Monthly Compensation: 1,220 to 1,320 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Request and follow up on police reports, medical records, and related documentation Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and coverage Prepare and send Letters of Representation Manage a caseload of personal injury matters throughout the pre-litigation phase Prepare and organize documentation for negotiations and potential settlements Provide regular case updates regarding insurance coverage, treatment status, and case developments Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients to ensure an excellent client experience Requirements: Previous experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or similar role within a personal injury law firm Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail Comfortable communicating wit
