What You Will Do

Identify, engage, and acquire suppliers across Europe and worldwide. Lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and contracts of €1M+ procurement spend. Build strong commercial relationships that fuel company growth and ensure reliable supply.

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational growth and efficiency, aligning with the company's global objectives. Collaborate with Sales and operational teams to solve issues and improve operational processes that leverage automation and data.

Analyze performance data, track key KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing structures, and adjust strategy accordingly. Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous impr
