People Technology Consultant - Workday

ABOUT THE ROLE You'll join Beca's People Technology team as Phase 2 of their Workday rollout goes live, working closely with stakeholders across People & Culture, Digital and the wider business to design, configure and implement Workday enhancements, support users with expert guidance, and champion best-practice system use. Your day-to-day will include: • Investigating complex Workday issues through root cause analysis • Partnering with ICT and payroll on integrated enterprise systems REQUIREMENTS You must bring deep Workday HCM expertise, including backend configuration and troubleshooting across multiple modules, with proven post-implementation, business-as-usual experience. You'll also need to demonstrate: • Confidence collaborating across People & Culture, ICT and payroll teams • Strong stakeholder engagement, translating technical concepts into plain language • A continuous improvement mindset and collaborative problem-solving style ABOUT BECA Beca is a genuinely employee-owned engineering and consulting business with people across NZ, Australia and the Asia Pacific.
