Associate Principal - Program & Project Management

Role Description This Role is for Project Manager to Manage a SAP3PL Integration Candidate should have at least 2 3PL Implementation Experience. An SAP3PL Integration Project Manager drives the end-to-end delivery of complex interface projects connecting SAP S4HANAECC with external ThirdParty Logistics 3PL warehouse management and transportation systems. This role bridges the gap between internal IT global supply chain business leaders and external logistics vendors to ensure seamless automated data exchange. Core Responsibilities • Project Governance Own endtoend project execution Scoping Design Build Testing GoLive using SAP Activate Agile or Hybrid methodologies • 3PL Vendor Management Act as the primary point of contact for external 3PL providers aligning technical capabilities APIEDI specifications and project timelines • CrossFunctional Orchestration Lead workshops across internal functional teams including SAP SDMM EWM TM Corporate Logistics and MiddlewareIntegration teams MuleSoft SAP Integration SuiteCPI Boomi • Interface Architecture Definition Oversee the mapping of core supply chain messages eg Inbound Delivery Goods Receipt Outbound Shipping Instructions Inventory Sync TrackingStatus updates. • Testing Quality Assurance Define the EndtoEnd E2E testing strategy managing complex integration testing SIT User Acceptance Testing UAT and volumestress testing across diverse platforms. • Risk Change Management Mitigate project risks related to data mismatch system downtime and warehouse operational disruptions during cutover and hypercare phases. • The Project Manager will oversee the delivery and testing of these standard integration touchpoints.
