Senior Civil Design Engineer – Land Development | 12d | 140 to 110k Sunshine Coast | Civil Engineering | Land Development An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Civil Design Engineer to join a growing consulting engineering team on the Sunshine Coast , working across a strong pipeline of Land Development projects. We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with solid 12d design experience who enjoys being involved in the technical delivery of projects and wants to build their career within a high-quality consulting environment. Working closely with Engineering Leaders, you will be responsible for Leading Civil design and documentation of Land Development projects across the Sunshine Coast and broader Queensland market. Your responsibilities will include: • Civil design and documentation using 12d • Road and stormwater drainage design • Earthworks and bulk earthworks modelling • Site grading and subdivision design • Stormwater management and WSUD • Civil infrastructure design and documentation • Preparation of engineering drawings and documentation • Liaising with project stakeholders, councils and authorities • Working closely with other engineering disciplines and project consultants • Supporting project delivery from concept through to construction You will work across a diverse range of Land Development projects , potentially including: • Residential subdivisions • Greenfield developments • Masterplanned communities • Industrial developments • Commercial developments • Infrastructure and associated civil works We're keen to speak with Civil Engineers who have: • Relevant Civil Engineering qualifications • Experience within a consulting engineering environment • Strong 12d experience • Practical experience with Land Development / Subdivision design • Knowledge of roads, drainage, earthworks and stormwater • Strong attention to detail and design documentation capability • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • A genuine interest in developing technically and progressing your career Why Join?
