We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is composed of over 130 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to write Yepoda’s story actively. We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team at Yepoda.

This role will involve overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with German accounting standards, and supporting the team as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment processing Assist and take ownership with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements preparation Support during the statutory audits and ensure compliance with tax and legal regulations Support on implementing ERP system and setting up new projects and flows from scratch on Prepare cash flow statements and monitor cash on hand Collaborate cross-functionally to support other departments with financial insights Requirements : Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 6+ years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting Fluent in English, German/Italian/French/Spanish are a plus Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on mentality Process driven and excited about setting up new projects and flows from scratch on Experience in e-commerce and cross-border VAT is a plus Knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and experience with Oracle Netsuite are a plus What We Offer Dynamic Environment: The opportunity to work
