Chief of Staff Location: Gurugram Experience: 8+ Years Industry Preference: Consulting - Strategy - Corporate Strategy - High-Growth Organizations About the Role: We are looking for a highly strategic and driven Chief of Staff to work closely with the senior leadership team of a leading organization in the luxury retail and lifestyle space. This is a high-impact role for a professional with a strong background in management consulting, business strategy, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution. The incumbent will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, supporting key business priorities, driving critical initiatives, and ensuring effective execution across functions. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with senior leadership on key strategic and business initiatives. - Support in strategic planning, business reviews, and long-term growth initiatives. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business performance analysis. - Develop strategic presentations, business cases, reports, and leadership dashboards. - Drive cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of key initiatives. - Track strategic priorities, action items, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders. - Support leadership in decision-making through data-driven insights and structured problem-solving. - Identify business improvement opportunities and support process optimization initiatives. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on organizational priorities. - Support special projects and high-priority initiatives driven by senior leadership. Desired Candidate Profile: - 8+ years of experience, preferably with experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Business Strategy. - Strong exposure to strategic planning, business analysis, problem-solving, and project management. - Experience working on cross-functional and high-impact business initiatives. - Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong business acumen with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and work closely with senior leadership. Preferred Background: - Candidates from top-tier consulting firms, strategy consulting, corporate strategy teams, or high-growth organizations with strong strategic and analytical experience will be preferred.
