Graphic Designer

ROLE SUMMARY Builds and applies visual identity across print and digital: brand boards, posters, social assets and mockups; with accessibility and cultural context front of mind, and uses AI design tools to speed up production without compromising official standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Visual identity: build complete brand boards (logo/wordmark, hex palette, typography, etc.) with a rationale note on accessibility, culture and legibility • Print collateral: design posters with clear hierarchy: branding, headline, body copy • Digital & social assets: deliver 1080×1080, 1080×1920 and 1500×500 assets that stay visually consistent with the brand board • AI-assisted design: generate AI image concepts with exact prompts and refinement notes ELIGIBILITY • At least 3 years' experience in a Government Department / Reputed Media House. Should have capability to create and deliver in Graphical / Animated / 3D / AI formats. • Graduate in any stream from a recognized university / institute with excellent command over English / Hindi. Desirable: Diploma in Graphic Designing from a recognized university / institute • Desirable: Prior experience in government departments/ministry. SKILLS • Strong command of layout, typography, colour and iconography. • Working knowledge of accessibility standards (contrast, legible sizing). • Ability to build a coherent, applicable brand system, not one-off graphics. • Practical AI-design skills with precise prompting and refinement.
