Senior DevOps Architect - AWS (Agentic DevXP Engineering) Location : Bengaluru (Electronic City) Work Mode : 4 Days Work from Office Experience : 10 - 25 Years Positions : 5 About the Role : We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Architect to lead the modernization of our Software Delivery Platform and transform Developer Experience (DevXP) through AI-enabled engineering practices. This role combines DevOps Platform Engineering, CI/CD Modernization, Cloud Architecture, GitHub Ecosystem Management, and Agentic AI Adoption. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AWS, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and AI-assisted software engineering workflows. This is not an AI research role. The focus is on applying AI capabilities to solve real-world engineering challenges including software delivery automation, repository modernization, code analysis, migration, testing, and developer productivity. Key Responsibilities : 1. CI/CD Platform Modernization : - Lead migration of enterprise CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions. - Develop reusable workflow templates and engineering standards. - Improve deployment reliability, observability, and governance. - Standardize DevOps practices across engineering teams. 2. AI-Enabled Engineering : - Leverage AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot and other LLM-based solutions to improve developer productivity. - Implement AI-assisted workflows for code analysis, migration, testing, documentation, and automation. - Design scalable and secure AI-driven engineering processes. 3. DevOps & Cloud Platform Engineering : - Architect and manage AWS-based cloud-native delivery platforms. - Build scalable CI/CD frameworks using GitHub Actions. - Develop automation tools using Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript. - Drive containerization and Kubernetes-based deployment strategies. 4. Repository & Developer Experience Engineering : - Establish repository standards, templates, metadata structures, and governance frameworks. - Create agent-ready repositories for AI-enabled development practices. - Enable developer self-service through golden paths, templates, and automation. 5. Governance & Security : - Define guardrails for AI adoption, workflow validation, peer reviews, and security controls. - Ensure compliance with enterprise DevSecOps and cloud security standards. - Implement quality gates and automated validation mechanisms across software delivery pipelines.
