Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships with healthcare clients and candidates. Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, deeply understanding their staffing requirements to ensure shifts are filled efficiently.

Source, interview, and recruit high-quality healthcare candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. Coordinate temporary staffing bookings and oversee shift allocations with a focus on speed and accuracy. Match suitable candidates to specific opportunities based on skills, experience, and client culture.

Manage candidate availability and strategic workforce planning to meet fluctuating demand. Oversee compliance and onboarding checks to ensure all placements meet rigorous healthcare standards. Handle client and candidate queries professionally, ensuring superior service levels.
