Key Responsibilities

Provide mechanical engineering expertise to support safe, reliable and continuous plant operations. Develop, implement and monitor short-term engineering and maintenance plans to achieve operational objectives. Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and plant-related issues to minimise downtime and production disruption.

Support preventive, corrective and reliability-centred maintenance activities across assigned plant areas. Analyse equipment performance data and maintenance history to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend practical solutions to enhance equipment reliability and performance. Lead or participate in hazard studies, process hazard reviews, risk assessments and incident investigations.

Identify and implement improvements to equipment design, functionality and overall plant performance. Maintain accurate equipment records, technical datasheets, engineering documentation and maintenance history within the SAP system.

Manage assigned engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety requirements and quality standards. Coordinate with internal st
