Lead - Java Full stack Developer with AI

Position Description Experience: 8+ years Role: Java Full Stack Lead Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications. Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices. Work with frontend technologies such as React or Angular. Guide the team on coding standards, architecture, code reviews, and best practices. Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and drive performance and reliability improvements. Mentor developers and provide technical leadership. Your future duties and responsibilities AI / Agentic Coding Experience Hands-on experience with AI-assisted/agentic coding tools such as: GitHub Copilot Claude Code Similar AI coding agents/tools. Ability to use AI coding tools effectively for development, debugging, code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation. Understanding of responsible use and review of AI-generated code. Required Skills Required qualifications to be successful in this role Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs. Good knowledge of React/Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with SQL/relational databases. Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.
