Coforge - Solution Architect - Enterprise Architecture

Job Summary: Coforge is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to lead strategic architecture initiatives, enterprise transformation, cloud modernization, and technology consulting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with senior business and technology stakeholders and independently driving architecture and transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end discovery workshops, capability assessments, and target-state architecture definition. - Develop enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business objectives and transformation goals. - Drive cloud modernization, API strategy, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. - Define technology and transformation roadmaps, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term sustainability. - Conduct Build vs. Buy evaluations, vendor assessments, and technology selection. - Analyze existing technology landscapes and identify opportunities for modernization and optimization. - Prepare and present architecture recommendations, solution options, and transformation strategies to senior leadership. - Collaborate with business, technology, engineering, and external stakeholders across all organizational levels. - Independently drive strategic initiatives with minimal supervision. Required Skills: - Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture. - Hands-on experience with cloud modernization, APIs, integrations, and transformation roadmaps. - Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and modern architecture patterns. - Experience in technology evaluation, vendor assessment, and Build vs. Buy decision-making. - Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and lead strategic transformation initiatives. Preferred Skills: - Experience working on large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs. - Experience engaging with senior business and technology leadership. - Strong consulting mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technology strategies
