DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer to manage and support our CI/CD, Kubernetes, infrastructure, and production environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence across SIT, UAT, and Production environments.

This role requires close collaboration with development, application support, security, and project teams to deliver stable and efficient technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, testing, deployment, and release processes. Administer and support infrastructure and database environments across SIT, UAT, and Production, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

Perform production support activities, including log extraction, monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution. Plan and execute Kubernetes cluster upgrades, patching, maintenance, and performance tuning across all environments.

Identify, assess, and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities through security patching and compliance-driven improvements. Implement infrastructure-related Service Requests (SRs) and Change Requests (CRs), including environment provisioning, configuration updates, and platform enhancements.

Monitor application and infrastructure health using observability and monitoring tools, proactively resolving potential issues. Collaborate with development teams to support system deployments, release activities, and platform improvements.

Develop and maintain automation scripts, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), operational procedures, and technical documentation. Support incident, problem, and change management processes in accordance with organizational standards and service level requirements.
