What to expect: You own the architecture and technical implementation of the AI solution end to end — from strategy through to production You build agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations in real enterprise environments Agentic coding tools are your everyday toolkit: you use them to develop solutions, speed up reviews, and build deployment pipelines You're involved from the very first idea, not just once the spec is finished — growing deeper into the strategic and business side along the way You stay accountable until the end: you don't hand things off, you see the solution through until it's running and delivering impact You represent your technical decisions directly at executive level and lead these conversations yourself, without going through an intermediary layer Who you are You stand behind the whole outcome, not just one part of it.
