Reporting to Project Managers, you will support the successful delivery of multiple electrical infrastructure projects from planning through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Engineer or emerging Project Engineer looking to further develop their project management and commercial skills within a leading electrical contractor. You will work closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget. This role will suit someone with experience across electrical infrastructure, utilities, substations, power distribution, ITS, industrial electrical projects, or major electrical construction works. Key responsibilities include: • Assisting with the delivery of multiple electrical infrastructure projects • Supporting project planning, scheduling, procurement and coordination activities • Tracking project costs, variations, forecasting and financial performance • Coordinating site resources, subcontractors and suppliers • Preparing project documentation, reports and progress updates • Supporting contract administration and commercial management activities • Assisting with stakeholder engagement and client communications • Monitoring project risks and helping implement mitigation strategies • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and project requirements • Working closely with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to drive successful project outcomes What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will possess: • Degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline • Experience delivering electrical infrastructure, utilities, industrial or construction projects • Strong technical understanding of electrical installation and infrastructure works • Knowledge of project planning, scheduling and project controls • Exposure to commercial management, procurement and contract administration • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities • Ability to work effectively within a high-performing project delivery team • Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software Highly regarded: • Previous experience working for an electrical contractor • Exposure to substations, power distribution, ITS, utilities or major infrastructure projects • Electrical trade qualifications in addition to engineering qualifications What You'll Get in Return At CV Services, you'll join a business with a strong reputation for delivering complex infrastructure projects while providing genuine opportunities for career progression and professional development.
