Actuarial Associate

As an Actuarial Associate (or Actuarial Assistant, depending on experience), you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Supplemental Health products. You’ll lead pricing and strategy efforts with visibility across the organization, while collaborating closely with both actuarial and non-actuarial partners.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications): Actuarial Assistant (pre-ASA): $80,000 - $103,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. Actuarial Associate (ASA): $113,000 - $144,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Perform pricing, profitability management, and monitoring of Supplemental Health products. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products remain competitive and financially sound, identifying adjustments as needed, and serving as the project leader for pricing efforts to coordinate smoothly across teams.

Analyze assumptions, develop rates, and provide financial projections. Your work will directly inform product creation and definition, guiding both strategy and day-to-day decisions. Review results to spot trends, recommend actions, and support risk management.
