Job Description

Overview As a Senior Security Solution Area Specialist , you will drive executive-level cybersecurity transformation by helping enterprise organizations modernize their security posture, accelerate digital innovation, and achieve measurable business outcomes through the Microsoft Security platform. Leads executive engagements with senior decision-makers across strategic Automotive & Mobility accounts to identify, qualify, and accelerate high-value Security, AI, and Cloud opportunities. Drives whitespace analysis and leverages AI-driven market insights to uncover growth opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and address emerging industry challenges. Develops and executes sales strategies aligned with customer business outcomes, cybersecurity priorities, and digital transformation objectives. Collaborates across account teams, partners, and technical experts to deliver innovative security solutions that enable secure AI adoption, cloud transformation, and cyber resilience. Owns pipeline governance and forecasting for assigned accounts, using data-driven insights to improve sales execution and achieve business targets. Acts as a trusted advisor to customer executives, aligning Microsoft Security capabilities with their risk, compliance, and innovation agendas. Champions Microsoft's commitment to secure and responsible AI, fostering long-term partnerships and driving sustainable business growth across the Automotive & Mobility sector. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and executive decision-makers, acting as a strategic cybersecurity advisor. • Lead business and security transformation discussions, aligning cybersecurity investments with organizational priorities such as AI adoption, cloud transformation, data protection, resilience, and regulatory compliance. • Own the creation, qualification, development, and closure of large-scale cybersecurity opportunities, driving sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion. • Build and execute strategic account plans to identify new security opportunities, accelerate pipeline growth, and maximize customer business value. • Position the full Microsoft Security portfolio, including identity, endpoint, data, cloud, AI, and SOC transformation solutions, through executive briefings, workshops, demonstrations, and business value engagements. • Lead complex and competitive cybersecurity pursuits, developing winning strategies, managing stakeholders, and overcoming technical, commercial, and organizational challenges. • Orchestrate a virtual team of Account Executives, Security Architects, Solution Engineers, Customer Success teams, Industry Specialists, Services, and Partners to deliver successful customer outcomes. • Leverage Microsoft's ecosystem, investment programs, and strategic partnerships to accelerate adoption, innovation, and business impact. • Drive customer success beyond the sale by ensuring deployment, adoption, consumption growth, and realization of measurable security and business outcomes. • Maintain operational excellence through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, business inspection rigor, and consistent execution of sales methodologies. • Stay at the forefront of cybersecurity, AI, and industry trends, providing thought leadership and helping customers anticipate and address emerging risks and opportunities. Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across France is € 98,100.00 - € 143,700.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
